currency mistaketasteless food

i was a little disappointed with a couple of things. the front desk converted currency from usd instead of aud. this mistake was embarrassing as it was corrected in front of other guests, and i felt a sincere apology was missing. also, on the last day, i got locked out of my room before the scheduled checkout time, and it was inconvenient. the room service food quality was also disappointing, it was tasteless.

I appreciated the breakfast area staff, especially Trung. He were pretty good providing services with a smile. He made us laugh, exactly what we needed. I also found the front desk staff and manager accommodating and refreshing.

I booked three rooms and requested a late checkout for one, if available. The request was denied, inconvenient. I was expecting more flexibility.
